Regulatory Specialist

This role requires a skilled regulatory specialist to assist our client's team on an interim basis.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within a private funds manager and be well-versed in UK and EU regulations. They should also possess strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

An estimated salary range for this position is £75,000 - £90,000 per year, taking into account the company's location and industry standards.

The following are the essential requirements and responsibilities:

  • Contribute to compliance functions across UK and EMEA
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a compliance capacity
  • AIFMD experience is mandatory
  • Familiarity with UK and EU regulatory guidelines
  • Able to start in January with a short notice period of a month or less
