Graduate Learning Support Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other education support staff to promote personalized learning and support for students with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 and in small group lessons to support students with complex challenges
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the needs of students
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless support for students
- Provide emotional and social support to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting students with complex challenges and promoting inclusive education
What We Offer:

- Competitive salary of up to £470 per week
- Mon-Fri, 32.5 hours per week (term-time only)
