Diligenta is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations function, you will play a crucial role in designing systems for large-scale transformations, tech refresh programs, and system upgrades, ensuring our infrastructure meets the demands of these projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions to support business growth and transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to infrastructure teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to improve our infrastructure and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud computing, virtualization, and network architecture.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of cloud platforms, such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Appropriate certifications, such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solution Architect, ITIL V3 Master Certification, or CISSIP-ISSAP.
