Unique Opportunity for a Contentious Probate Solicitor

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with 1-2 PQE to join our team as a contentious probate solicitor. This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly respected law firm recognized as a Top 200 UK Law Firm and a 'Top Tier' ranking by The Legal 500.

As a contentious probate solicitor, you will be responsible for managing high-value and complex probate cases, acting for claimants and defendants in claims and validity challenges, and involved in business development activities and establishing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-value and complex probate cases
  • Act for claimants and defendants in claims and validity challenges
  • Involved in business development activities and establishing strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with 1-2 PQE
  • Ideal experience in contentious probate matters, but candidates from a general litigation background will be considered if they demonstrate genuine interest in probate litigation and have high court litigation experience
