Unique Opportunity for a Contentious Probate Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced NQ-2 PQE contentious probate solicitor to join our highly respected law firm, recognized as a Top 200 UK Law Firm and a 'Top Tier' ranking by The Legal 500.

This vital role will see you managing high-value and complex probate cases, acting for claimants and defendants in claims and validity challenges, and being involved in business development activities and establishing strong client relationships.

You will be part of a large team of renowned experts and have the opportunity to grow your career in a truly supportive environment.

We offer a top of market salary, hybrid working with 2 days from home, and clear pathways for progression within the team.

As a contentious probate solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from high-value probate disputes to complex court of protection matters.

We are looking for an NQ qualified solicitor with experience in contentious probate matters, or a general litigation background with high court litigation experience and a genuine interest in probate litigation.
