Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Kirkcaldy. This role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations on our extensive range of vehicles.



Responsibilities:

  • Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, showcasing our latest models and creating an engaging atmosphere for customers.
  • Vehicle Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our vehicle range, including features, specifications, and benefits, to effectively communicate with customers and address any queries they may have.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Test Drives: Organize and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring a seamless experience and gathering valuable feedback to improve our sales processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attend training sessions, and participate in performance reviews to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
