About the Role:

This Retail Merchandiser position is based in the Glastonbury area and will involve working with a range of high street retailers on behalf of household name brands. Key responsibilities include setting up fixtures, displaying products attractively, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure merchandising standards and guidelines are followed, including planogram implementation for consistency and compliance.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues and provide accurate feedback to client account teams.
