Job Description - Maintenance Supervisor

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's mechanical systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment, including plumbing and electrical systems
  • Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required
  • Develop and implement energy conservation programs to minimize expenses
  • Coordinate renovation bidding and oversee contractors to ensure quality work
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of building management and mechanical systems
  • Previous experience in plumbing and electrical work
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
