About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as an Internal Account Manager. In this exciting new role, you'll play a key part in delivering a best-in-class service to our customers, using your product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities.

Your key objectives will be to:

  • Build strong relationships with our regional customers
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries are answered in a timely manner
  • Convert customer queries into sales

The role will be based in our office at Ram Mill, Chadderton, with the option to work from home one day a week.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a successful proven track record in customer relationship management, experience of account management or telesales, and a flexible and 'can-do' attitude. You'll also need to be able to manage sales revenue, assess data and identify trends, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
