As a key member of our Entertainments and Operations teams, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging performances and shows for our younger visitors
  • Rehearse and perform in staged performances
  • Wear mascot costumes and interact with visitors
  • Manning play areas and hosting themed events
  • Entertaining at children's parties and events
  • Assisting with idea development for shows and stories in Gruffalo Discovery Land
  • Working as a Visitor Experience Assistant, providing information and directions to visitors, and ensuring excellent park presentation
