About Exemplar Health Care

As a Regional Occupational Therapist with Exemplar Health Care, you will lead and support a team of therapists to deliver exceptional therapy services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing complex cases and providing specialist assessments and interventions
  • Developing therapy services in collaboration with the Regional Director of Operations
  • Providing advice, guidance, training, and supervision to therapy teams
  • Focusing on clinical governance, quality assurance, and team development

Requirements include:

  • A BSc or MSc in occupational therapy, with HCPC registration and five years post-graduate experience
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and supervise clinical teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
