Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie with a proven track record of leading kitchen teams to deliver high-quality dishes and excellent customer service. He/She will be responsible for leading the section, ensuring that dishes are produced to a high standard, and working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to achieve the hotel's culinary goals.


Key Responsibilities

  2. Produce and present dishes in line with the hotel's cooking instructions and processes.
  3. Lead the team under his/her responsibility and create a good working atmosphere.
  4. Organise and supervise the work carried out by commis chefs and apprentices in the area under his/her responsibility.
  5. Inform the team about cost optimisation and the reduction of raw material wastage, and track implementation.
  6. Train commis chefs, apprentices, and interns to a high standard.
  7. Be actively involved in meeting the department's targets by following the cooking instructions to the letter, avoiding waste and loss of food items, and respecting the procedures and internal audits applicable in the hotel.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:



  • Knowledge and ability to run a section.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to manage Commis Chefs.
  • Ability to produce good quality food in all sections. Good oral communication.
  • Team management skills.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Chef De Partie to join the Accor team and take on a leadership role in the kitchen. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver high-quality dishes and excellent customer service.
