Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating engaging activities for children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment, and develop strong relationships with parents and carers.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children, and promote a culture of safeguarding and child protection.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a well-organized and efficient nursery environment.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or preschool setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children.
