Financial Analyst Opportunity in PropTech Sector

Avanti Recruitment is working with a company in London that operates in the PropTech sector and is looking to expand its team. We are seeking a Financial Analyst with experience in Cash Flow Modelling or Internal Rate of Return (IRR) to join their team.

About the Role

This role will require the successful candidate to have coding experience with Java/SQL. The company operates in a hybrid way, with a requirement for the Financial Analyst to be in the office 2 days per week (Tuesdays/Wednesdays). The team is small, with 15 members, and the Financial Analyst will work across the full software development lifecycle, with a focus on refactoring a cash flow modelling engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience with Java or similar programming language
  • Experience with SQL
  • Financial modelling experience - Specifically Cash Flow Modelling and Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
  • Strong experience working within a Banking or Investment company
  • 2:1 or 1st Class Degree (Ideally in Finance / Mathematics / Computer Science)
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of any relevant coding language (Java preferable as learning Java will be a requirement on the job)

What We Offer

The salary for this position is up to £75,000 (could be flexible DOE) + discretionary Bonus up to 10% + 25 days holiday + Flexible working hours.
