We are seeking a skilled Clinical and Administrative Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at Govia Thameslink Railway.

This role combines administrative duties with customer-focused skills, requiring a strong background in working within a health-related setting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with GDPR and company policies.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting daily operations of the Occupational Health Department, including scheduling appointments, managing records, and coordinating with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and updating confidential employee health records in compliance with GDPR and company policies.
  • Shared reception responsibilities to ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Managing the process of external referrals to appropriate healthcare providers.
  • Collating and actioning invoices related to departmental services.
  • Generating reports on KPIs and service utilisation as required.
  • Effective implementation and administration of Occupational Health wellbeing initiatives and health surveillance programs.
