Telesales Executive Opportunity

We are proud to be representing our client, a leading group of companies in the construction industry, in their search for a Telesales Executive to join their team in South East Leeds.

  • Competitive salary range: £26,000 - £28,000

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Making a high volume of targeted outbound calls daily to qualify leads and identify decision-makers
  • Hit KPI of 50 calls per day
  • Generating leads and promoting our products/services to drive direct sales, with a focus on maximising potential from each call
  • Calling and updating/categorising leads from the website and CRM system
  • Maintaining excellent customer service tone and assisting new and existing customers with enquiries to support the wider business
Requirements
  • Experience working in an outbound telephony role, ideally from a sales or lead generation aspect (essential)
  • Telesales/Sales/Lead Generation exposure (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the construction industry (desirable)
  • Customer service and telephone skills (essential)
  • Target-driven (essential)
