Telesales Representative

We are proud to be representing our client, a leading group of companies in the construction industry, in their search for a Telesales Executive to join their team in South East Leeds.
What Our Client Offers- Competitive salary range: £26,000 - £28,000
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Permanent position
- Bonus scheme based on KPI achievement (after probation period)

- 20 days' annual leave + bank holidays and pension scheme
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Making a high volume of targeted outbound calls daily to qualify leads and identify decision-makers
- Hit KPI of 50 calls per day
- Generating leads and promoting our products/services to drive direct sales, with a focus on maximising potential from each call
- Calling and updating/categorising leads from the website and CRM system
- Maintaining excellent customer service tone and assisting new and existing customers with enquiries to support the wider business
- Experience working in an outbound telephony role, ideally from a sales or lead generation aspect (essential)
- Telesales/Sales/Lead Generation exposure (desirable)
- Knowledge of the construction industry (desirable)
- Customer service and telephone skills (essential)
- Target-driven (essential)
