**Job Summary**

Portfolio Procurement is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading procurement activities for a leading Property company based in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead on all contract tenders and renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective budget planning and forecasting strategies to optimize procurement spend.
  • Benchmark services and contracts to ensure best value for the company.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with ESG / Net Zero targets.
  • Perform market analysis of emerging suppliers to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Utilize Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage procurement activities.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the residential property or FM industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
