Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Ghyston, Ltd. This is a full-time position that requires a proven track record of creating a sales engine with a complete, predictable system from lead generation through to client onboarding.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of advising clients on how to achieve their overarching business goals through the innovative and effective use of professional services (ideally digital) or similar. They will also be responsible for delivering Ghyston's Sales goals, setting, tracking and achieving sales revenue goals, and planning sales strategies keeping in mind Ghyston's values and core focus.
In addition to a competitive salary of £85-95k per annum (full time equivalent) plus commission and profit share scheme bringing total on target earnings to £170-190k, we offer a range of benefits including a 9% non-contributory pension, 25 days (full time equivalent) of annual leave (increasing with length of service), and a buy/sell holiday scheme with the option to buy up 10 extra days of holiday each year.
We are a bespoke software development house with around 60 staff based in central Bristol. We deliver high-quality bespoke software solutions to ambitious companies across different sectors, using a wide range of technologies.
