We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Fragrance Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Selfridges. As a Fragrance Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales through fragrance recommendations and product knowledge.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building relationships with customers and delivering a personalized experience.
  • Drive sales through fragrance recommendations and product knowledge, ensuring customers leave the store satisfied and engaged.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including fragrances, skincare, and makeup, to provide expert advice to customers.
