Clinical Nurse Consultant in GI Health

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a senior clinical role within our gastrointestinal team at Onewelbeck. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant in GI Health, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical guidance and leadership to our multidisciplinary team.
- Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
In this role, you will work closely with our Centre Director to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will also be involved in mentoring junior members of the team, contributing to research-based care initiatives, and driving continuous improvement within the Centre.
Main Responsibilities:- PROVIDING EXPERT CLINICAL GUIDANCE AND LEADERSHIP TO OUR MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM.
- WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE CENTRE DIRECTOR TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
- MENTORING JUNIOR MEMBERS OF THE TEAM.
- CONTRIBUTING TO RESEARCH-BASED CARE INITIATIVES.
- DRIVING CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT WITHIN THE CENTRE.
