About the Role

We are excited to be recruiting for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group. This is an unrivalled opportunity to take the next step in your customer service and administrative development and become a key member of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the branch Accountant, you will provide exceptional administrative support dealing with all aspects of vehicle administration.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing and completing relevant paperwork, and supporting the sales department in daily controls.
  • You will work efficiently and effectively alongside the Accounts, Service, and Parts department to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor admin reports on a regular basis and maintain and process v5 documents.
  • Complete a monthly vehicle stock check and maintain a professional manner at all times.

About You

  • Previous sales administration experience within the automotive industry is desirable, but administrative experience in another environment will be considered with full training provided.
  • You will be computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel, and have excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy high-pressured environment.
