New Business Development Specialist

The Ladder Group is hiring a New Business Development Specialist to help drive revenue growth and expand its customer base. As a New Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement.
You will work closely with the commercial team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and expand The Ladder Group's customer base.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential clients to target for outreach and engagement
- Develop and execute personalized email sequences to build relationships and generate leads
- Book meetings with key decision-makers and provide tailored information to ensure successful outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform outreach decisions
- Manage and update CRM data accurately and efficiently
- Achieve monthly and quarterly outreach targets to drive revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- $27,000 starting salary with commission opportunities
