About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi to join our Property Team in Oxfordshire, as part of our Responsive Repairs Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out all forms of carpentry repairs in our properties, as well as other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry, including installing windows, doors, and door frames.
  • Perform UPVC servicing and installation, as well as locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling, and picking.
  • Install all types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels.
  • Carry out kitchen fitting, kitchen building, and minor joinery tasks.
  • Perform other duties, including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and other general maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within the Residential/Housing sector.
  • Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 or have a minimum of 5 years proven track record working in carpentry.
  • Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's experience and ability to drive and take home a company van.
