Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Peterborough Regional College. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide proactive support and promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential and protective environments by working with the College Health and Safety team to promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of young people and vulnerable adults.
  • Review medical information of new learners and staff, offering support where appropriate and desired including individual risk assessments.
  • Run and maintain the medical room, including equipment, supplies, and resources.

Requirements
  • Recent experience of working in Health and Safety.
  • First Aid Qualification.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire management Regulations.
  • Ability to organise work under pressure and meet deadlines.
