We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centered care that prioritizes residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being
  • Engaging residents in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation, encouraging independence and participation
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident care, including observations, interventions, and outcomes
  • Reporting any concerns or issues to management, ensuring timely interventions and resolution

What You'll Need:

  • Experience of caring for older people, preferably in a care home setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with residents and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing collaboration and mutual respect
  • Awareness of safeguarding procedures and protocols, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
