We are seeking an exceptional Care Assistant to join our team and deliver high-quality care and support to residents in our care homes.
About the Role:As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that each resident receives tailored care and has one-to-one time.
Main Responsibilities:- Following care plans to ensure each resident receives the best possible care.
- Supporting residents with their daily living needs, including food and drink.
We are a leading provider of high-quality care and support services in the UK, operating over 200 care homes.
Requirements:- Experience of caring for older people.
- A can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
- Empathy and warm-hearted approach, essential for delivering high-standard care and support.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
