Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Support Operations Coordinator to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd in Southwark. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full-time hours.

About the Job

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to set, maintain and review all record management systems to ensure they meet the needs of the service. You will arrange meetings and events, book rooms, prepare agendas and papers, provide minutes, and monitor follow-up actions as necessary.

You will also regularly input monitoring information into relevant IT systems to keep records up to date. Additionally, you will assist the team in compiling, coordinating, collating and distributing management data for regular and ad-hoc reporting on various aspects of the business.

An essential part of your duties will be efficiently and accurately sorting and logging incoming mail, including scanning and distribution, according to procedures.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Previous experience working in an administrative capacity for a local authority is required. Experience working in children's and adults' services is desirable.
