Job Title: Organisation Design Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisation Design Strategist to join our client, a global Telecommunications business, as they embark on large-scale transformation programs. Reporting into the Head of Organisational Design, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Own and deliver Organisation Design projects within the wider business transformation program, demonstrating end-to-end project management skills.
  • Change Management: Support senior stakeholders and management through end-to-end Organisation Design transformation, facilitating assessments, defining program roadmaps, and delivering results.
  • Coaching: Provide expertise, advice, and coaching on Organisation Design practices and processes to leadership teams and HR stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with multiple stakeholders across a matrix environment, demonstrating effective stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

Proven experience in Organisation Design management or projects across large matrix organisations, with a working understanding of change and transformation projects. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to use data to build a compelling case for change and communicate effectively.
