SEN Service Manager

CRA GROUP LIMITED is currently seeking a skilled SEN Service Manager to lead our SEN service.

This role involves managing a defined caseload and acting as the named officer in line with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Code of Practice statutory responsibilities and local policies and strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service standards, performance outcomes, and statutory requirements are met.

Key Duties:

Develop and maintain professional working relationships with key staff in schools and other services.

Ensure accurate and well-structured written correspondence and documents reflecting local and national requirements, including SEN legislation.

Maintain electronic case files to agreed quality standards and confidentiality.

Essential Experience:

Experience working with parents/carers and other agencies in a multidisciplinary setting.

Manage conflicting demands and priorities while working to tight timescales.

Produce reports for complex audiences.

Work Arrangements:

36 hours per week

Working hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm

Estimated Salary: £52,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
