Aon Account Reinsurance Specialist

As an Aon Account Reinsurance Specialist, you will play a key role in the successful transaction of A&H reinsurance placements. You will work closely with account executives, account managers, and the broader A&H team to analyze client submissions, identify key changes and market developments, and produce client submissions from raw data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with account executives, account managers, and clients regarding submission information, portfolio developments, and the resulting impact on reinsurance.
- Analyze client submissions prior to release to market, identifying key changes and market developments.
- Produce client submissions from raw data, for both internal and external market exhibits.
- Work closely with the AE, AM, and Analytics Lead to develop strategic account reviews and account plans.
- Support implementation of client plans and client growth objectives, including RFP involvement.
- Proactively manage the renewal process, including essential administration required to successfully transact a A&H reinsurance placement.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a mix of London office and home working.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
