Complaint Resolution Advisor

Iceland Food Group is seeking a Complaint Resolution Advisor to join its Executive Resolution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. This includes managing damage and injury complaints from start to finish. We're looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. A competitive salary of £26,000-£32,000 per year, plus benefits such as 15% discount in Iceland stores, 30% discount at Club Individual Restaurants, pension (NEST), and more, are on offer.
