Senior Imaging Specialist - PET-CT & CT

Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: 7.5 hour shifts Monday-Friday

Salary: £49,000 - £54,645 dependent on experience

Permanent Position

We are in search of a proficient PET-CT and CT Imaging Specialist to enhance our imaging team. Our facilities are recognized for excellence in oncology, cardiology, and neuroscience, providing advanced medical services.

This role requires rotation across imaging departments, ensuring a minimum presence at one location each week.

We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, and seasoned Imaging Specialist with experience in PET-CT or CT. Flexibility and a collaborative spirit are essential attributes for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute a range of PET-CT and CT imaging procedures with expertise Function as an Operator under relevant regulations Rotate between departments as required Prioritize patient care to enhance efficiency and quality Collaborate with medical consultants on intricate examinations Mentor and train new staff members Ensure adherence to safety protocols Participate in departmental audits and quality assurance initiatives Uphold high standards of patient care

Qualifications & Experience:

BSc in Radiography Valid HCPC registration (for Radiographers) Technologists should be RCT registered or willing to pursue registration Previous senior-level experience in CT and PET-CT imaging
