Care and Support Specialist

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week at Austin Fraser, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and associated physical disabilities in our respite services. The role involves ensuring that patterns of care and support within the shift are based on the principles of good quality care, maintaining safeguarding legislation and reflecting control, cleanliness, comfort, safety, participation, involvement, privacy, dignity, and choice.
The salary for this position is £25,988 (including an 8.5% all-inclusive allowance), and you will be required to commit to full-time hours and have eligibility to work in the UK.
Our respite services provide short stay and assessment for adults with learning disabilities and associated physical disabilities, and as a Support Worker, you will work closely with the team to provide a high-quality service as required by the Care Quality Commission and Doncaster contractual residential standards.
