About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our Arborisk team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own account portfolio, providing exceptional customer service, and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow your own account portfolio, including sole traders and corporate entities
  • Provide tailored insurance packages to meet client needs, utilizing multiple markets
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice
  • Collaborate with industry experts to stay up-to-date on tree surgery and forestry activities and requirements
  • Meet key performance indicators, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction
