Are you looking for a challenging role in the insurance industry? We have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Account Handler to join our team in Leeds.

As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, and building strong relationships. This role is perfect for you if you have experience in customer service or sales and enjoy building relationships with clients.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Willingness to learn and be curious
  • Confidence to work with clients on the phone and face-to-face
  • Ability to work well with the team and have a positive outlook
  • Honesty and integrity
