Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with a child in Year 3 who requires additional support due to Speech and Language Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 support to the child, promoting their learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Use behavior management techniques to support the child's emotional and social development.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children who have additional needs.
  • Experience in a Primary School setting (preferably 6+ months).
  • Updated and clean DBS on the update service.
