Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Investigations and Risk Management Lead to join our team at Mundipharma.

About the Role

The Compliance Investigations and Risk Management Lead will be responsible for leading the effective implementation of our global compliance hotline and investigations program. This involves ensuring that we respond promptly and appropriately to alleged misconduct, product diversion or illicit trade. The successful candidate will accurately document investigation activities, identify trends and emerging risks, and guide continuous improvements in our Compliance Program.

In this role, you will oversee the completion of corrective and preventative actions, drive initiatives to encourage a speak-up culture, and actively reinforce our commitment to non-retaliation.

You will communicate with management and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates, while respecting confidentiality, honoring anonymity requests, and protecting against retaliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate alleged misconduct, product diversion, or illicit trade, ensuring thoroughness and consideration of all relevant lines of enquiry.
  • Provide training to ensure investigations are carried out consistently and in accordance with our Global investigations SOP.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders such as law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
  • Lead the counter-diversion and illicit trade program's operational activities to manage and reduce diversion-related risk.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated industry.
  • Experience acting as main point of contact with internal and external legal advisors and auditors.
  • Experience working with law enforcement and/or Regulatory agencies.
  • A strong understanding of key compliance risks facing multi-national pharmaceutical companies, as well as associated laws and industry standards.
  • Proficiency conducting online investigations, including on the darknet (desirable).
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Finance, Criminology).
  • Certified Fraud Examiner & Professional Certification in Compliance or Investigations (desirable).

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
