Innovative Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced NPD Technologist to join our energetic and friendly food product development team, driving innovation from concept to launch. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work closely with major food retailers and develop new products.

  1. Create innovative ideas, recipes, and specifications for new food products.
  2. Work closely with production teams, attending customer presentations, project meetings, and factory trials.
  3. Conduct shelf-life assessments, taste panels, and generate ideas to drive innovation.
  4. Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  5. Apply culinary skills while maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness.

About You

The ideal candidate should have at least two years' experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry, along with a degree in a food-related field.

  1. An organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for detail.
  2. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and quick to learn, with a passion for food and flavors.
  3. A team player with excellent communication skills at all levels.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, along with 33 days of annual leave, Christmas shutdown, and pension contributions.
