Technical Support Engineer

BeBee Professionals, a leading provider of technical services, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Morecambe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and maintain technical equipment at customer locations, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Complete service reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to travel regularly to customer sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
