About The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Administration Planner to join our team at the Royal British Legion, supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing stock levels, processing purchase orders, and ensuring efficient movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels and inventory control systems
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to support daily tasks and plan in-house stock production
  • Ensure warehouse technology is up-to-date and aligned with business processes
  • Monitor stock levels and flag any issues with suppliers, working with other teams to resolve
  • Provide technical support for the Delta Warehouse Management System, ensuring users have the necessary access and resolving any issues
  • Edit images for commemorative displays and maintain high standards of quality

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain management and logistics
  • Strong IT skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock records and delivery logging
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders
