About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Assistant to join our team at Bright Horizons Epsom Waltham House Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months-5 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and play-based learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a consistent approach to childcare.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the safety, welfare, and well-being of children.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a nursery or childcare setting.
