Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Director to lead our Soft FM team in delivering exceptional cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to our community assets.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multi-site facility contracts, ensuring the highest standards are met and within budget. Your expertise in people management, including recruitment, training, budget management, performance management, health and safety, and client relations, will be essential in driving our team's success.

You will need to be highly organized, with excellent communication skills, and have the ability to lead and motivate large teams to deliver high cleaning and facilities standards. Travel to Cambridge will be required, and a company electric vehicle will be provided.
