Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Improvement Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business improvement strategies to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business improvement or a similar role, ideally with a background in industrial/manufacturing processes.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package in the region of GBP £80,000 - £90,000 per annum.
