About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our team at Senitor Associates. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative and user-friendly mobile applications using Android Studio and Java/Kotlin.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Android development.
  • Strong knowledge of Android development principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Progressive Web App (PWA) development.
  • Proficiency in.Net development using C#.
  • Knowledge of UI development using MVC and Web Forms.
  • Experience with API design and development.
  • Knowledge of database development techniques.
  • Knowledge of OOP best practice and design principles.
  • Knowledge of source control packages such as DevOps, Git, or Team Foundation.
  • Knowledge of writing unit tests and other forms of testing.
  • SQL (DDL, DQL, and DML) knowledge.

Desirable Skills

  • Azure experience.
  • CI/CD via Azure DevOps experience.
  • Knowledge of Entity Framework Core.

  • Android Studio development skills using Java or Kotlin.

  • Knowledge of deploying Apps to Google Managed Play Store, Microsoft InTune.
