We are seeking a talented Graduate Microwave Engineer to join our team at Leonardo SpA. As a Graduate Microwave Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop lifelong skills in microwave and RF design, working on frequencies up to 40GHz, with mentorship from world-class experts in the field.

You will use state-of-the-art software tools to design products such as transmit/receive modules (TRMs) and up/down converters, as well as highly integrated RF and digital boards. Your contributions will be crucial in the design and development of key components in high-performance electronic warfare (EW) systems.

As a Graduate Microwave Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative RF and microwave circuits and systems for electronic warfare applications, ensuring high performance and reliability. You will also have the opportunity to test and assess designs in our well-equipped laboratories, ensuring robust performance in extreme environmental conditions for long-term use.

We are looking for driven individuals passionate about microwave and RF design, who are ready to make an impact in developing the next generation of high-performance systems. You must have a minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor's, Integrated Master's degree, or higher degree (MSc or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in microwave and RF design, with basic familiarity with design tools like CST, or similar being desirable but not required as training will be provided.
