Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join The Oval Partnership. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for leading our OOH channel strategy, driving new business growth, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt down new business opportunities across the OOH channel to expand our customer base.
  • BUILD long-lasting relationships with customers to promote our services as a credible and trusted supplier.
  • Develop and execute sales pitches and negotiations to secure revenue-driving listings.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective customer engagement and growth.
  • Own the P&L for the OOH channel to drive business visibility and performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in winning new business in the OOH channel (Foodservice, Wholesale, Contract Catering, Travel, High Street, Health & Wellness).
  • Proven track record of gaining new business and delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience managing the P&L of an SME/scale-up business.
  • A robust network within the OOH channel.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
