- Provide quotations and arrange new business via computerized rating guides.
- Maximize sales opportunities by cross-selling and dealing with prospects efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer care, service, and client retention.
- Confidence and experience with Personal Lines Insurance Policies with an insurer or broker.
- Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Familiarity with FCA, DPA, and TCF regulations.
- Holiday allowance of 23 days (pro rata) plus Bank Holidays, increasing by length of service.
