We offer a wide range of services including architecture, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, corrosion engineering, and materials engineering. Our focus includes building diagnostics and repair, condition assessment, expert witness consulting, and problem-solving for architecture, construction, and building systems.

Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.

This position requires a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with Materials or Civil Engineering emphasis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastics, concrete, wood, metals, and their degradation modes, with a focus on piping systems (domestic water, HVAC), building envelope, concrete, and improvement of materials used in construction.

Responsibilities include conducting condition assessments, diagnosing material related issues, and providing expert consultation to ensure the longevity and integrity of building systems, manufactured products, and various other materials related issues.

Other responsibilities include conducting thorough materials analysis of various systems through chemical and mechanical testing, assessing the condition and performance of plastic and metallic piping systems, and understanding corrosion mechanisms, coating systems, sacrificial plating, etc.
