Senior Programme Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our Rail and Infrastructure team at Ground Control. As a Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing the Railway Access Planning and Traffic Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive railway access and traffic management plans.
  • Mitigate risks associated with railway access and traffic management and develop contingency plans.
  • Optimize traffic flow and minimize disruptions to railway operations during project implementation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in railway access planning and traffic management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
