We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at United Response. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with physical and mental health conditions, as well as learning difficulties, to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning and cooking
- Administer medication as required
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Support individuals to engage in leisure activities
- Provide personal care and promote independence
- Participate in outreach work to support individuals in their communities
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.75
- 20 days paid annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part-time staff)
