About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at United Response. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with physical and mental health conditions, as well as learning difficulties, to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning and cooking
  • Administer medication as required
  • Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
  • Support individuals to engage in leisure activities
  • Provide personal care and promote independence
  • Participate in outreach work to support individuals in their communities
